libcvc3-dev software package provides Automatic theorem prover library for SMT problems (development files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcvc3-dev
libcvc3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcvc3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcvc3-dev *
You will get with libcvc3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
